1.We want to know the sizes of your cartons?

The carton of herbaceous peonies,size 1, 60*40*36cmtotals 600 cartons , size 2, 55*36*36cm,totals 660 cartons

in one 40 feet container. The cartons of tree peonies, size 1, 60*40*55cm totales 400 cartons, size 2, 55*36*55cm

totales 440 cartons in one 40 feet container. We will use the trays designed specially for the forkman and easily for

your unloading.

2.What is the shipment period for tree and herbaceous peonies?

The best shipment period is from Sep. to the next Jan.

3.Which kind of container will be used if shipping the tree and herbaceous peonies by sea?

The 20 or 40 feet refrigerated container will be used.

4.We want to know the period of rose plants and cut flowers?

For the plants and cut flowers of roses, both can be shipped by air at any time and almost all the season.

5.How about the shipment time of biodegradable flowers pots?

The pots can be shipped both by air or LCL( less than container load) by sea all the season.

6.After checking your website, I wonder what is your minimum order quantity?

For the plants, our MOQ is 1000 pieces or pots in total, including tree peonies, herbaceous peonies and roses;

and 1000 pieces for biodegradable flower pots.

7.How about the inner packing of your tree peonies? Please let me know in detail.

For the tree peonies, two kinds of inner packing, we use coconut husk to keep alive.

8.How many days will be taken after I place the order?

This will be decided by your order quantity, it usually takes us 15/30 days to ship the plants after the payment

arrives at our bank.

9.What kinds of payment can we ususally use?

We ususally use two common kinds of payment now, T/T in advance, sight L/C. Of course other terms of payment

can be negotiated friendly with you.

10.Where the products will be departued from by sea ? how about by air?

We will choose the main loading ports in China, such as Tianjin port , Herbei province, Qingdao port from Shandong

province; The airport is Shanghai airport, Beijing airport or Kunming airport.
